Fun and Funky Birthday Cake

This was a cake that Jessica found from http://www.bettycrocker.com/ last year. It's called the "Let's Party" Cake. When she told me about it we decided to challenge eachother to a bake off! 2 of our girls have birthdays 2 days apart so we both made it within a few days of eachother. It was a lot of fun to make. If you go to the website you can find the entire recipe. The candy I used was skittles. It looks a little lopsided in this picture but it was really cute!!
