Crayon Roll

I saw this idea on Skip to My Lou and then I saw someone that had one at my Stake Conference a few months ago. I found the pattern (on skipt to my lou) and started on my first one. It turned out pretty well but adding the ric rac is a little more complicated so I tried one without. This one I made for Gracie's friend Brookie's birthday. I used flannel fabric on this one. Not sure if I like it as well as cotton, but it turned out cute.

Bag o' candy corn in a pumpkin can

I bought one of these at a Craft Fair in Utah last year. I thought they would be really cute for gifts (visiting teacher, school teacher etc.). So I just made a couple, just need a soup can and some paint! I filled cello bags 1/4 full of candy corn, tied a ribbon and cut the excess off the top. Put a crumpled up newspaper inside can to fill about half of space, then put your bag o' candy corn on top!

Just for Donna

When I lived in Utah, I started making these bibs. I taught Donna how to do it and then I moved and packed up all of my stuff and haven't made any since. Donna has been making them lately and she got me in the mood. I told her that she had to wait for me to finish some so I could post them because, so far, I haven't contributed to our little blog yet! So here you go Donna...my famous bibs! Complete with owl fabric! These are the best bibs ever. Once you use one, you will never use any other kind!

Altered Rolodex

This project was done at a scrapbook store in Boise. Jessica signed up for both of us and sent mine to me so that I could finish it. It is very cute and I love having a rolodex. It takes some time to get all the paper cut out and the embellisments attached but your finished project is awesome!! Let me know if you want more detailed instructions. Sorry for the blurry pictures. I need to figure that out with my camera!
